We offer caregiver strategy sessions aimed at exploring your options, troubleshooting, and providing you with the support you need. A Caregiver Conversation is designed to help family, friends and neighbors navigate the challenges of caregiving and provide you with a solid plan of action. We can set a weekly, monthly or as needed conversations to meet your specific needs. This is available both in NY and any other place you are living via phone or zoom.
